1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- United States
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
5. Delays & Carrier Issues
Omni Athleticus is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx)
- Weather conditions
- High order volume
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Omni Athleticus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
7. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:
- The customer is responsible for additional shipping fees
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information
8. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
We will review and resolve the issue accordingly.
9. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
