Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used items for health and safety reasons. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at omniathleticus@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. 

In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. 

Orders that have been processed or shipped cannot be canceled. 

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
